sakhgsjk;;g well, still a WIP even though May is over... I STARTED writing chapter 30 after a little break, but family drama sapped my muse. Hopefully it will be done shortly, though. Anyway, I've realised I never posted the last few chapters of this at my journal!

My lmom fic is at about 47K (roughly, as I've been rounding up/down word counts). If I keep averaging 2K a day, I'll be over 60K when I'm done. The longest fic I have written previously has be right at 20k. I'm just sort of boggling at myself, because I was just telling someone last month that I didn't think I had it in me to write novel length (and yes, I did do LMOM and NaNo in '06, but lmom that year was all random stories and my NaNo novel became mostly incoherent by the last 10-15K.) Of course, I'm sure it helps in this case that it's like 50% porn. XD Anyway, new chapters I haven't posted here:

Because we fell in love with the pairing of Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew while writing these characters in an RPG, but were afraid of flooding the game, we decided to embark on a fic exploring the Marauder's last year at Hogwarts. What started as a simple way to sustain our ever-growing Lupin/Pettigrew love in between writing game scenes, grew into something much larger than we ever expected. Ever-Fixed Mark examines the possible consequences of Peter falling in love before leaving school. Will he make the same choices as he did in canon? How far will he go to protect the person he loves? Will he still betray his friends?
